Summer Fun Birthday Gift Idea...{Sponsored by HomeGoods}

 

Today I am sharing a fun birthday gift idea that is great to give to that hard to buy for person!  Whether it is your best friend, a co-worker, a neighbor, your sister, mom or mother-in-law...we all have those "hard to buy for" ladies in our lives!

 

I headed to Home Goods and found all the items I needed.  I picked up an adorable, glass drink dispenser, a set of 4 plastic tumblers, a set of 2 "cocktail" themed hand towels and some festive cocktail napkins all for under $40!



  

 

 

I love the vintage inspired details on the drink dispenser and cups!  The towels are perfect for summer and great to have at a drink station while entertaining!

 

 

 

After I gathered all my items, I simply placed the items inside the drink dispenser...so easy and looks so cute!

 

 I finished it off with an oversized bow and it was all ready to go!

 

 

Not only is this a great gift for a birthday but it would also work great for a house warming party, hostess gift or wedding shower!   Wouldn't this be a fun item to receive?

The Tuesday Ten: {Spring Fling}

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  I am giving you a virtual pinch if you aren't wearing green! 

Yesterday, after my daughter got home from school, we headed to the park with friends because we had our first dose of spring temperatures and had to enjoy it...which then led to dinner on the patio at a local Mexican restaurant.  Patio weather is my favorite kind of weather!  Today's high is 81 and that makes this girl happy!!

When I came across the burlap table runner, it immediately went into my cart.  Even though it is perfect with this table setting, it will also work in a variety of settings! You can never go wrong with burlap!

I also love their selection of pretty paper goods.  The napkins were perfect with my color scheme and at just $1.99, compared to $6 elsewhere, they were in inexpensive way to add a pretty pattern with a functional item!
