Friday Finds: {X-Back Bistro Chairs}
Hey, Friday!! Who is ready for the weekend? We are supposed to have gorgeous, spring-like weather in the Dallas area so I am looking forward to enjoying that! Hope you have fun plans!
One of the biggest questions I get on Instagram is: "Where are your dining chairs from?"
I bought mine several years ago at Kirklands. They were on clearance and I had to drive to a store an hour away to get them but it was well worth it! I have not seen them at Kirklands since then but I have rounded up some similar ones for today's Friday Finds!! Number 1 looks exactly like the ones that I have! Keep in mind, these are all sold in sets, so the price is for 2 chairs! As always, each product is linked below, just click on the corresponding number and description!
Looks at all these great chairs I found...so many options!
Affiliate Product Links:
1. Set of 2 Elm Wood Woven Chairs
2. Set of 2 Wood and Metal Chairs
3. Set of 2 Pale Blue Rattan Chairs

Friday Finds: {Flokati Inspired Shag Rugs}
Hope everyone had a wonderful week! I received so many questions about our new bedroom rug shown below so I thought I would round up a few rugs that looked similar. This particular one is also linked below (number 1). Now, let me say this...this rug is not cheap by any means. It is not something I would have bought for myself, but I wanted it so badly and it happened to be on sale so my husband got it for me for Christmas! Now that I own it, I absolutely love it! It is well worth the money and it is gorgeous in person!
Along with my rug, here are some other options that give the same overall look! For each product link, just click on the corresponding number and description below!

Monday Pinspiration: {Open Shelving}
Good Monday morning to you! Hope you had a great weekend!
Today I have rounded up my favorite photos from Pinterest that feature some amazing inspiration for open shelving in the kitchen! We have open shelving in our breakfast nook and I love it! It was by far one of the easiest DIY projects I have done and probably my most favorite! I really think that the shelves, paired with my huge plate rack, really make the space...

Am I the only one ready to rip out my cabinets and add shelves everywhere? I think the only thing keeping me from it is the fact that I would have to dust twice a day! What about you?
Enjoy your week!

Master Bedroom Retreat {Sponsored by Arhaus}
I was absolutely elated when I was shopping at North Park mall in Dallas awhile back and saw a "coming soon" sign for Arhaus. I have admired their furnishings via their website for years! They have a wonderful variety of furniture and accessories ranging from French country style to industrial- loft style and everything in between. Since my style is somewhat eclectic and all over the place, I fell in love with several pieces!
If you have an Arhaus in your area then you must stop in! Whether you are shopping for that perfect piece of furniture or just want to be inspired by their unique displays, it is worth a trip. Here is a little peek inside the Dallas store...grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!
Gorgeous, right? Their showroom is frequently changing, so I always stop in for inspiration when I am close by!
If you follow me on social media, then you know I just completed a master bedroom makeover and I couldn't be more in love with our new space! Our old furniture was beautiful but we had owned it for quite awhile and we were ready for a new look. I had my heart set on an upholstered headboard paired with rich linens and lots of texture to create a relaxing retreat. I must have looked at hundreds of headboards, but when I saw the Mariah tufted bed from Arhaus, I knew I had found the perfect one!
The color was perfect for my space but it is offered in a variety of color/fabric options! The detailed tufting, heavily textured fabric, nail head trim and large wrap around edges were exactly what I wanted! This bed is absolutely gorgeous in person. The quality is second to none and this is something we will own for a very long time!
Once the bed was selected, I started looking for nightstands that would compliment the bed but also flow well with the dressers we already owned. They are black, distressed wood with a lot of architectural detail. I wanted something that brought a hint of black to the wall the bed went against, but nothing too dark and heavy. I like to mix things up and think outside the box, so I opted for two console tables instead of the traditional nightstands. When I came across the Buchon console table, I knew it would be a great option. The iron legs and bluestone surface give this table an industrial, vintage vibe that I love!
The results...I am smitten with the new look. Everything came together just as I imagined. It is always nice when the end result is exactly what you wanted from the start!
The details...I styled the end table with a few flea market and antique mall finds. I love using pieces that are one of a kind and the mixture of old and new creates an interesting space. Above, you will see two old staircase balusters my handy husband made into unique lamps.
This old metal parts bin was an item I picked up at a local antique mall without having a plan for it. When I got home and looked around, I knew it would be perfect here! The distressed metal on this piece and the metal legs on my table play well off each other! Simple accessories softened up the space to create a pretty, yet interesting vignette.
On the second nightstand, I used a glass terrarium and filled it with classic, white candles. The glow from the candles creates the perfect ambiance for relaxing!
Above the bed, I wanted something interesting yet simple. An old, salvaged screen did the job. I topped it off with a whimsical wreath to add a little texture and love the way it turned out!
To keep with the calming and cozy theme, I opted for very simple linens. I did not want to take away from the gorgeous texture of the bed itself, so I went with a simple white fitted sheet, a striped flat sheet and a white Belgian linen duvet cover. I also selected felt throw pillows adorned with tassels and pom-poms to bring in some rich texture to the room.
And just for fun, here are some other pieces I have my eye on from Arhaus...
Those are just a few of my favorites, head on over to their website and check out the rest of their products and great sale happening now: Arhaus.com
