Long time, no chat!  I took the summer off from blogging but have enjoyed keeping up with everyone via Instagram!  I hope you had a great summer!  We enjoyed ours, but it always goes so fast!  Regardless, my girls are back in school and I am excited to get back to work!  

So...let me jump right in and show you some fun finds I came across while sourcing bar stools for a client.  She liked the leather look and she knew she wanted to keep things budget friendly.  Easy enough....here is what I came up with:

Break the Bank vs. Cheapskate {Industrial Metal Seating}

I have been searching for some fun chairs to pair with an antique table I got for a steal.  My plan is to put it upstairs in our playroom to use as an art/game table!  I cam across some awesome chairs at Kirkland's on clearance for $45.00, but I know not everyone has access to a Kirkland's and they do not have them online so I did a little online sourcing and found these:
